§1 Conditions of use for the Website
Access to the FOX Website entails acceptance of the conditions governing this website, which are as follows: (i) this legal notice, (ii) the privacy policy, (iii) the cookies policy, and (iv) the purchasing conditions where pertinent (hereinafter, the ‘Fox Policies’). As such, we recommend all users of the portal to carefully read the Fox Policies before they browse. In the event of any doubt, we are at your service at

By way of these conditions, you undertake to use the portal in a way that is lawful, moral, and in compliance with public order and generally-accepted good practice. As such, you must refrain from: (1) using the FOX Website for purposes which are unlawful or contrary to Fox Policies, (2) harmful or which could damage the image of FOX on the market, and (3) performing any actions which could harm or impair the normal functioning of the FOX Website, the services it offers, and any computer equipment, files, or databases owned by FOX or by their legitimate owners contained or stored in any of the sections that make up the FOX Website.
Where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent or unlawful use of the FOX Website and/or of the services it offers, FOX shall be entitled to cancel any order placed or any service requested, and to inform the corresponding authorities.
§2 Industrial and Intellectual Property
Copyright and other intellectual and industrial property rights over the entire content of the FOX Website (including but not limited to: images, videos, audio files, photographs, graphics, texts, designs, labels, the look and feel of the FOX Website, and its source code), as well as over the registered trade marks, commercial names, and logos, are at all times owned by FOX HEAD, INC. and/or FOX HEAD EUROPE, S.L.U. (both of which belong to the same corporate group), and to their legitimate owners. As such, users or third parties are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, altering, reproducing, distributing, or adapting them without the prior and express authorization of the owners of the said content. Use of or access to the FOX Website does not confer on users any rights over the contents available there.

The inclusion of any links to the FOX Website from third-party websites without the prior and express consent of FOX is prohibited.
Any links that may be included on the FOX Website to other websites or third-party materials (hereinafter, ‘Other Websites’) are provided solely and exclusively for merely informative purposes. FOX does not control the content of the Other Websites distinct from the FOX Website. As such, FOX shall not accept any liability of any kind deriving from any harm and/or loss that results from use of the Other Websites.
§4 Liability
Fox:
FOX has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that the information obtained through the FOX Website is as accurate and close to reality as possible. However, FOX does not warrant that the said information is accurate, complete, or up to date.
FOX reserves the right to alter or remove the content and configuration of the FOX Website at any time and without prior notice, and it may limit, suspend, or prevent access to the FOX Website, in full or in part, at its absolute discretion. Likewise, FOX accepts no responsibility for any interference, omission, interruption, breakdown, or disconnection that may have been caused for reasons beyond FOX’s control.
Despite taking all reasonable steps to avoid this, FOX cannot warrant that the FOX Website is free from viruses or instances of piracy, inter alia. As such, FOX accepts no responsibility for any harm or loss that may be caused to the hardware or software of users’ computer equipment as a result of accessing the FOX Website.
Users:
Users shall be directly liable for any losses that may be incurred as a direct or indirect consequence of any breach or failure to comply with the Fox Policies.
Users shall be solely liable for any infringements in which they may incur or for any losses they may cause during their use of the FOX Website. FOX shall be released from any liability that may arise from the actions of users.
§5 Shipping info
FOX products (as they appear on the FOX website) are being shipped to the mainland of the REpublif of Ireland.

- DPD Classic - €6.00 (Delivery within 3 - 5 Business days)
- UPS Standard - €7.00 (Delivery within 3 - 5 Business days)
- UPS Express - €12.00 (Delivery within 1 - 2 Business days : Orders placed before 1pm will be prepared immediately and dispatched the same day.)
Free shipping for orders over €100.
Please note that orders will be processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Cut off time is 13.00. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday.
§6 Returns
As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days after the delivery of the products by contacting our customer service. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining intact on swimwear and intimate apparel. The return of FOX products is your responsibility and it shall be at your own cost and expense. Therefore, we recommend you to use a reputable carrier/courier service that offers you the possibility of tracking your return for your peace of mind. FOX shall retain the refund of the amount paid by you for the product(s) until arrival of the products or proof of delivery of such return. By returning the full order FOX will also refund the shipping costs of the original order. The refund will be made to your original method of payment. Considering the actual COVID situation and the related limitations imposed by the Government, it may take us between 2 and 4 weeks to process your return and refund.

Warranty
Fox products are subject to the applicable legal guarantee. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. Fox makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Fox shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your Fox product contains a defect, please contact customer service.
